BTT-3033 is an orally active, conformation-selective small-molecule inhibitor of the integrin α2β1 that binds the α2 I domain (reported EC50 ≈130 nM). It inhibits platelet binding to collagen I, reduces cell proliferation, and can induce apoptosis; intended for research use only.
